In collaboration with the SPHERE laboratory (bioStatistics, Pharmacoepidemiology and Human sciEnces REsearch), the DIVAT network have developed several scoring systems to help physicians in the appraisal of different post-transplant events.

The KTFS is a score computing at 1-year post-transplantation for evaluating the risk of middle-term graft failure (return to dialysis). KTFS

The DGFS is a pre-transplant score for evaluating the risk of delayed graft function (the need of at least one dialysis post-transplantation). DGFS

The 1-year RRS is an update of the RRS for evaluating the middle-term risk of death for patients with a functional graft at 1 year post-transplantation. 1-year RRS

The 1-RBI is a score for predicting the risk of major histological lesions on renal biopsy at one year post-transplantation. 1-RBI
