This is the second version available for public download. In this version, the number of at-risk individuals is included in order to adjust the weight of each observation according to this number. Moreover, the aggregated data based on the meta-analysis based of KI-67 have been updated. The extraction of the data was performed by scanning the pictures of the survival curves and the package "digitize" was used to extract the position of each step of the Kaplan-Meier curves.
